DEPARTMENT (e.g. Florida State Police ) RESPONDENT **DISCLAIMER: IF POSSIBLE, YOU MUST FIRST APPEAL INTERNALLY WITHIN YOUR DEPARTMENT YOU MUST BE LISTED AS ACTIVE ON THE FLORIDA STATE POLICE ROSTER PRIOR TO DISCIPLINE (10 Hours a Week) TO PLACE A SENATE APPEAL** Information Trooper's Name: Demarcus Cousins Organization: FHP Rank: Senior Trooper Department: Patrol Badge Number (If Applicable): N/A Punishment you were given: Permeant BlackList Grounds for Appeal (Why should it be overturned): (This is the same sit I was in with Justin Dark.)I feel that I was done wrong within the FHP. During the situation that got me blacklisted, My friend had rotor tapped Rhys Roberts Helicopter and he jumped out and died his friend however survived the crash. we landed and revived Rhys Roberts, as we were taking off we heard him say that he was going to take my friend to IA. So he proceeds to land his helicopter at midlands and we try and innate on him so that we can smash his gopro but he proceeds to not value his life while running turns his head and then I shoot him. And since you can not break gopros while someone is dead we break his friends gopro and then proceed to kill him aswell. After this situation me and my friend went to pd and gone 10-42 and proceed to leave the server. later on me and my friend are sitting in general operations lounge and see Rhys trying to talk to IA. So once they finish talking I procced to ask IA if they are accepting the Rhys case that he is trying to blacklist us and then the IA guy says that they didn't accept the case due to the fact that he died twice and they should have no memory of the situation, then I join back in the gen ops lounge and then Rhys joins and tells me and my friend that we are blacklisted. Any evidence to support this: Have you requested reasons for your discipline (if yes, please paste them as a reply to this appeal): no just was blacklisted and couldn't ask him Do you know the case against you (have you seen the evidence)?: No I have not seen evidence Do you request the Florida Senate Disciplinary Appeal Committee obtain all evidence help by the government in relation to your case?: yes Please link your original appeal which must have been denied here: n/a
  24. Accepted @Jack DavidsonAs much as there is no evidence of this, I have reviewed your past hour check and you had 32 hours. This week you are at 9.5 hours and need to hit 15 hours by hour check I will reduce this punishment down to 2 Written Warnings due to the fact you have no previous punishments. In the future close your game properly to avoid these situations. 2 Written warnings should not effect promotions or opportunities, but they act as a final warning as anything else will result in points. ____________________________________ TxDPS Special Operations Major, Lewis Miller
  25. @Lewis Miller I do not seem to have a crash report on that day, granted Ben did not know about the situation but I find it ridiculous that you can get points for something that is entirely out of my control. As I use task manager regularly to close down arma this message pops up all the time. On the screenshot you can see you can either close the pop up or produce crash report of which I must have pressed close which would cause there not to be a crash report. These points have stopped my chances of advancing within the department due to being told I am getting CPL but then I said about the points by which point obviously had to be taken back to Snr Trp. I have nothing to gain from going AFK as no pay check was collected obviously since I was not ingame and under usual circumstances (this week and last week has been a bit different) I easily gain my hours. I can appreciate that there is no concrete evidence for you but there is none I can provide, however if the appeal is not successful I am not sure what I will do, its been my goal to go through the ranks to at least SGT and points will make that process a lot longer and harder. Appreciate you looking into it though.
