Just a small one today lads, no mod pack update

• New police weapon shop 
• ZX spam bug fixed
• Removed broken clothing out of shops
• Police medic map markers fixed when people die
• If you wear a mask it now hides your name (If there are masks that don't work message me or dillon with the classname)
• Can no longer send other cops to jail
• Casino, Federal Reserve and Commonwealth banks fixed (If the doors downstairs are unlocked don't waste your drill on the doors just report in #bug-reports)

DOC hat will require mod pack update but it is fixed, just need to push it.
