Hi everyone, as you all know 4.0 is really close so the normal server is dropping off a bit while people take a break before the big update. In the mean time we want to do some fun events on the server that will keep people interested while the developers are hard at work.

The Purge - At this stage we are doing a purge with no SOP for LEO factions. How long we do this is the question, how long do you guys think? 3 days... a week?

What other events do you guys want? Write a detailed suggestion reply on this thread so we can write up a calendar on what we're going to do and at what time.

Purge for a week, however maybe when it's 3 days left you do full KOS instead of initiation of some sort. if you do full KOS too early on I know people like myself will easily get bored of it. Also maybe do events such as cops+cg holding fort knox events etc. However the purge sounds good!

Couple of days at most, I really don't think the purge should last for a week.

brother im always down for the purge i would say a week and have last 2 days be full KOS and then do some fun stuff like

1.protect the vip 

2.kcso defends doc from a horde of civs 

3.tournaments 1v1s 2v2 3v3 4v4 all the way up to 8v8

Maybe it would be best if a vote for extending it was held during the purge so that if it isn't fun and the people want to go back to normal, that can be decided.

In 2.0 We had Terroist Vs The whole Server I say we do that event Again . And maybe 1 more tiny Update before Purge call it Purge update , Add suicide Vest ETC ETC

i say do a different purge for 1 restart and make it night time and everyone can RDM each other but no SOPs purge is a bad idea

Exactly, maybe like KOS in specific areas but once it comes to the last 3 days full KOS

you do know purge you still have to initiate right we only do like maybe 2 days of full kos and its constant marshal law so even if cops had  sops they can shoot class 3 on sight

3.0 Purge was like The last HR restart , Thats when the Kos started i think , for the first week we could do Last hr is kos on anyone , and last 3 days towards 4.0 we could make it Pure kos

I believe the purge should last for half of a week with only initiation rules and no sops and a half week with no rules, KOS, no sops, etc.  However, I think there should be some breaks in the all out warfare and allow staff to hold events as a break to the madness.  Possibly some car races, helicopter battles, majors, etc.  The purge should last no longer than 1 week to avoid redundancy as some people can get tired of the all-out warfare pretty quickly.

A week is too long I think, last time I remember people getting bored after a few days. I think CG and PD should get to use each other’s stuff other than uniforms if they want to trade, last time I got in trouble for flying the JayHawk

This is what they're supposed to do during the purge. No one wants to sit at front gate doing nothing well everyone is out there purging having fun. It won't be held against you if you leave as that's what we expect you to do, you put in a prisoner and leave.
