Florida Highway Patrol Application Requirements

• Your cop name must not be similar and must be unique, you will be asked to change your name once if it's invalid, if you fail to change your name your application will be denied.
• Your cop name must be professional and not improper.
• You must be 16 years or older to apply.
• You must wait 3 days after leaving a faction before joining
• You must follow the template exactly and not edit it in any way.
• You must meet your word requirement for each question.
• You must answer every question (if you have no answer please put "N/A").
• Your application must be titled as so: *Your Desired State Police Name* - FHP Application (ex. Paul Phantom - FHP Application).
