Huge map changes
- New Police Station (Now located in South Kamdan)
- New map markers (looks a lot cleaner)
- New terrain edits
  - Lots of water, center canal through Kamdan
  - Bridges added across the water
- New Prison (Complete rework)
- New Court Layout
New Threat level system (cops can change)
New HUD
New load in menu
New designer hats, sunglasses and blind added to the gangster store
New designer watches added to gangster store
Ear piece full NVG added to cop
Prison rework
- You can find spoons in the metal cars outside to dig out
- You can find metal which can you can press into number plates then sell to the prison cook
- You can work out
- You can play soccer
- A random pistol spawns in a secret with 3 bullets in it (1/100 chance of happening per restart)
New stuff added to DTU shop
Hyde park truck shop fixed
Several new buildings placed across the map
Art Gallery now announces with ANN
All items now recover if no one is selling it
Placeables now added to cop (bar gates, barriers etc) found on Y menu (Abuse of this will result in blacklist from cop command)
Commonwealth Bank reduced from $500,000 to $325,000
Bandages now added market/rebel
You now ragdoll when you get tazed
Instead of markers stacking on the map it now says "Doug Jumper +2" if multiple units in your car
Removed commercial pilot slots
DOJ Level 2+ can now open certain doors at PD
Phantom and Upfront gang uniform added
