No mod pack update

• Rebels can now buy new vehicles with the "Motorhead" perk
• SWAT cars now in a separate shop (same infostand as normal cop shop
• IA can now use the undercover vehicle shop
• Fixed house robberies
• You can now only rob one painting at a time at art gallery
• Reverted to old patrol uniforms
• Fixed d3s_srt error
• Renamed the Kamdan Drug Dealer to Cadan's Drug Dealer
• Remove FAL from cops
• Fixed environment sounds (Shift + Backspace will now turn them off for everyone and this can increase your FPS by 5-10, especially near trees)
• Fixed a dupe
• We now log item dropping and picking up
• We now log taking items out of the car and storing them
