    Hello people! Thank you for your patience, this is the thread you've all been anxiously waiting for. We will be releasing ANZUSGaming Kings Peaks 4.0 Beta on the 27th of December at 2PM EST. The mod pack will be released on Christmas Night for people to download it overnight or throughout the day. Feel free to ask any questions and I'll do my best to answer it. Massive shoutout to the whole development team, you guys will never be able to understand the amount of effort that has gone into this update. The amount of little things that have been done in the background to improve the overall look of the map, the functionality of the framework and the atmosphere of the buildings. If you see developers around please give them a big thank you for their hard work again you guys can't comprehend how much work has gone into this.

    Hello everyone, recently ANZUS has been going awesome and I hope you're all enjoying it as much as I am. I have been thinking of some community change ideas in the past few weeks to help spice it up a bit and this is what I have come up with. Introducing 2 new roles at ANZUSGaming for normal members. Senior Member Have access to a unique channel to discuss in-game issues and help improve the community and have a different member tag on teamspeak/discord. Senior member will be invite only and will be based on community standing and time you've been consistently in the community. once a month we will go through the active official gang members and faction members and choose new senior members. OG Pretty self explanatory its for the real OG members of ANZUS, also the same as above. Will be completely invite only and only for the truly dedicated members. OG members will be chosen by SMT when they seem fit. Leaving and rejoining the community for months at a time can effect eligibility to these ranks. Weekly Sunday events Purely in roleplay events such as the funeral of Logan Bridges today. The community needs to work together and bring ideas to the two leaders Jack Knight and Mort Higgins who will organize the events and get the official streamers involved. Examples of these events are big car meets in-game with race events held by the gangsters or big court cases on known figures such as faction leaders, high ranking mafia/gangsters. We will aim to do one every Sunday and still do gang wars every Saturday. Some weeks there will be no RP but we will see what happens. Minecraft Summer Madness This summer the development team will be bringing out a pop up Minecraft server, it will have a different game mode to regular Minecraft. We will open whitelist applications 1 month before summer starts in June and then all the whitelist applicates will be split up into 4 teams. There will be a 1 week treaty where all teams build bases and resources and after that week it will be 1-2 weeks of free game depending how it all paths out, It will be heavily encouraged to stream and will be heavily advertised on ANZUS platforms. This will not effect the ARMA 3 server development whatsoever Twitch Drops Yep, you read it right. We are introducing a custom twitch bot that when you're watching one of our awesome featured streamers you can get in-game rewards. It ranges from small things to BIG things (yachts if you're lucky). Within the next week or so we will make an announcement on how to go forward and how to be eligible for drops while watching streamers. A quick note from me, thank you to everyone who has been awesome recently especially with my streams. A lot of good roleplay and content has come out from people going the extra mile for entertainment and its made the server fun for me again so I appreciate that. Big shout out to Tyrone Rogue, Matt Light and Logan Bridges. There are so many more to name but those are some big ones. I am looking forward to show you guys what we're bringing in the next few months.

    Hello everyone, just an update from the team in relation to 4.0 full release. Economy information On the release of full 4.0 out of beta we will be changing a few things, a requirement for us to do this is to refund all vehicles, refund all perk points and changing your level to fit the new exp system (MOST OF YOU WILL ACTUALLY GO UP IN LEVELS), refunding houses/storages. To make this easy on us I have made it so you can sell cars for 95% of the price (5% just to recover a bit from the economy inflation issues at the start of 4.0) Everyone must sell all their cars before we move to the full release which will happen sometime this month. If you have car upgrades just leave it we will manually do those. Use anything and everything you can in your containers, class 3's etc will be wiped to the people who wasted money on RNG crates this is you --> For the containers stacked with pistols etc we will be compensating people for these (to get compensation for your container posessions you must log on to full release buy a house, place a container and we will give you the 50k for the new one + add the contents to your new container again, again if you just have vitems please make it easier on us and use them up before the weekend.) People are asking what did we decide to do about class 3s We're going to try some new stuff, but that doesn't mean we're not open minded about how changing access to class 3's may effect the server in the long run. We're keeping an eye out for opinions and make sure you speak your opinions on suggestions around class 3's if you feel the need to. Here is the path I plan to take with it, stuff may change: On full release there will be 2 main ways to get class 3s and that will be crafting and the darkweb. Crafting has a full experience system with levels etc which will probably take a bit to get going, Darkweb will probably start a lot faster then if we had it on release as people have money for houses/furniture. You will find graphics cards for doing everyday tasks on the server which you will be able to sell to other players or add to your mining rig. It will only mine if you're only. Yes we have some new afk kickers and systems to make sure players are actually playing. If the darkweb being the only main way to "buy" weapons doesn't work out but crafting is working out we will add an auction house system at the black market. This will allow crafters to sell their guns on the black market and other players to buy. Ideally it will be a player sourced stocked rebel. If that doesn't work we will add a rebel in with expensive guns but full KOS If that doesn't work we will add back normal rebel but have advanced rebel in the darkweb/crafting If none of that works we will go back to how it was on 3.0 All I ask is everyone gives it a try, even the fraggers. Parker Snovle is a nice guy having to buy guns from him instead of buying it from a stand actually sounds better to me. Feel free to ask questions Ill try my best to answer them.

    Los Diablos Roleplay Server Rules Read all of the rules carefully. Claiming ignorance of these rules is not allowed and will result in at least a 24-hour ban. Section 1 - General Server Rules 1.0 - Use common sense. 1.1 - You may not sell in-game items for out of game services/money. This is classed as Real World Trading and is against the rules. 1.2 - Rules are made to be followed correctly; abusing loopholes within the rules will result in punishment. 1.3 - Roleplay that violates the Twitch Terms of Service and Rules of Conduct is strictly prohibited. 1.4 - Leaking direct messages from staff members is a serious misconduct and is a permeant ban. 1.6 - Inciting drama or fueling drama within the community to create a hostile environment is not tolerated on any ANZUSGaming platform. 1.7 - Eating/Drinking/Vaping on microphone is not allowed. If someone is excessively doing this after being asked to stop, It will be considered a RP reason to initiate and you can take matters in your own hands. 1.8 - You may not exploit, cheat, abuse, dupe or use anything that can be classed as giving you an advantage unfairly, this can result in a permenant ban and does include third party cross-hairs, recoil scripts, wallpeaking, lag switching etc. This includes abusing developer error such as overpowered weapons, runs, standing on trees or other things that you would not logically be able to stand on, etc. 1.9 - You may not take staff matters or matters of rule breaks into your own hands, staff are the only ones to handle this and make appropriate judgments, as a regular player you should proceed to support and wait for a separate member of staff, or make a player report to report rule-breaks after the fact. 1.10 - Dropping any sort of unique/donator items to other people that are not donator or did not purchase the item is not permitted. 1.11 - You must have a crystal clear microphone to play on the server. 1.12 - You can not sell unique vehicles to other players. 1.13 - If you are going to AFK for anymore than 5 minutes you MUST go to lobby, if you are afk for more than 15 minutes you must fully log off the server. Breaking this is considered major exploiting and can result in an account wipe. 1.14 - If you are in the Mafia casino and you are asked your age, you must reply with your real legal age. Gambling if you're under 18 is an instant permeant ban and lying about your age is also an instant permeant ban. Casino workers are advised to deny anyone that sounds under 18 even if they say they're 18. If that person wants to protest it they can contact Doug on discord to prove their age. Section 2 - Roleplay Rules 2.0 - Your first action in any disagreement should always be to try to roleplay it out. If that doesn’t work and you have a problem with another player, handle it privately, rather than having an open argument on the radio/in chat in the game or in a public forum like Discord or Twitch. If the player has broken a rule, file a report. 2.1 - Roleplaying is the main ambition of ANZUS. You must always remain in character, out of character matters such as support, the server in general, discord or other non-realistic events cannot be brought up in-game. You must be in TeamSpeak at all times unmuted, the only exception is while in support rooms. 2.2 - You must have a valid roleplay reason to interact with police (e.g. doing a crime, traffic stop). If police attempt to pull you over you must pull over unless you have committed a crime/know you're wanted. (If you have illegal items in the car you must stop and you must not flee unless Police indicate they're aware you have illegal items). Following police/baiting police into situations is not allowed. This includes going to DOC to DOC without a reason, if you go to DOC without a reason during DOC lockdown(alarm going off) that is a maximum point punishment. 2.21 – If you are being stopped for an offence that would not result in an arrest then you made not evade or initiate on Police. You should comply with the traffic stop and try to roleplay your way out of the ticket to your best ability. (Remember, Police cannot search for no reason) 2.3 - Soundboards can be used in role-play but it can not interrupt role-play only if you're in a vehicle to play music but the volume must not be obnoxiously loud. 2.4 - Do not grief others. Griefing is the act of intentionally angering or irritating another player with malicious intent. Example: Consistently stalking a player to force interaction or robbing someone continuously or robbing someone who is in a shop. 2.5 - Logging off to avoid roleplay is classed as combat logging, this includes logging off while dead, logging off while in hand-cuffs and logging off during situations this is not allowed and is heavily punished. When logging off the server make sure you're hidden from sight to make sure you don't ruin immersion. 2.6 - Referencing your second character within roleplay is not permitted in anyway (Pen-pal, cousin etc). If you breach this you will receive points, if you breach it a second time you will be banned from double life. 2.7 - Metagaming is not allowed, you cannot know or act on any information that your character hasn’t directly learned through roleplay. Any information obtained from a third party/not in-game is not able to be used in roleplay. (This includes not using discord while in-game and not stream sniping streamers) 2.8 - You may not return to any situation you have already died in regardless of the time or location. 2.9 - If you die or do not attempt to defend at mobster or cartel you can not return for 45 minutes. (Applies to entire gang) 2.10 - Los Diablos City is a roleplay zone meaning you can not kill, rob , take hostage or steal from other players, combat is allowed in a roleplay zone but there must be a roleplay reason (e.g. gas station/pursuit between civilian and police) The city limits are defined by the faint blue grid on the map. 2.11 - All zones that are green checkered the map are safe zones, including hospitals, clinics, fire stations, and 10m from an ATM in city limits. (This does NOT include cartel and mafia base). Inside of a Safe Zone you may not commit crime, initiate on people, harm people, steal vehicles or do any form of negative action. If people do this do not take it into your own hands or you will also be punished, just report them. 2.14 - Using job vehicles for anything but jobs is Fail RP and is not allowed. 2.15 - You may not pull someone out of a moving vehicle, you may not restrain or escort someone while they are further away than arm's length. 2.16 - You may not harm players in anyway in a safezone. You can not flee into them to avoid roleplay/combat, nor camp outside safe-zones waiting for someone to leave to follow/rob/kill them. 2.17 - You may not force someone to take money out of their bank account, give house keys or unlocking house stash. 2.18 - Capture zones are KOS at all times regardless of color (Green, Orange, White, Red, etc.) You may not shoot into a redzone from outside or out from inside without prior initiation. (Mobster base and cartel are NOT capture zones they are gang hideouts) 2.19 - Entering combat with someone within a redzone creates initiation however you must be within the zone to shoot. (Standard initiation rules apply once the zone is gone.) 2.20 - Being gang affiliated with anyone in the zone creates one-way initiation between everyone in the zone and you. You can be shot from inside the zone if your gang members are in the zone and you are in the immediate vicinity (driving around, on the hills, zone-baiting) but you cannot shoot in from outside of the zone. 2.20.1 - You may not bait people into zones (This includes Safezones, KOS zones, Capture zones, etc) 2.21 - You may not interfere with another groups roleplay. (Eg if cops are conducting a traffic stop another group may not pull up and initiate on them.) This includes lying to medics saying its not code 4 so people don't get revived. 2.22 - You may not intentionally destroy another persons vehicle, this includes but is not limited to ramming, Driving into the water, under a bar gate etc. (The only exception to this if an ex-gang member who still has the car of his ex-gang and the gang want to roleplay removing it off him e.g. ex-HMT member has the HMT Range Rover and HMT destroy it in RP so he stops using it) 2.23 - Intentionally S-1ing someone creates 1 way initiation. (Person that was S-1ed is initiated on the person that S-1ed only) 2.24 - You may not harm the negotiator during negotiations in any form. When negotiations have started no more hostages can be taken. 2.25 - If you are mafia and cartel and you own the base you can not rob the respective runs that make money to your group. 2.26 - Purposely attempting to ruin someone’s roleplay situations to try and be funny, edgy or for any other reason is not tolerated and may be classed as Fail RP. 2.27 - Jumping out of moving vehicles/helicopters at unrealistic height & speed will be classed as Fail RP as you would not survive these falls without the script. (This includes jumping from a high location abusing the fall damage script) 2.28 - Cop/CG baiting is not allowed, Cop baiting is defined as intentionally messing with or trolling police in order to provoke a response such as initiation, car chases, etc. 2.29 - DOC is not public grounds, the whole DOC island and the DOC bridge is private property. DOC must still allow civilians into DOC when acting lawfully. (such as roleplaying as a lawyer at the gate of DOC). Any unauthorized aircraft landings (helicopter must touch down within DOC property) at DOC are code red, which means initiation is not needed by LEO. You must be on whisper in the DOC processing rooms & when being processed at PD. 2.30 - You can not SHIFT + G after a gun fight has started (This means there have to be shots exchanged between the parties.)2.31 - You/your group may not commit any deliberate hostile actions against the same person more than once every 60 minutes. You/your group must not commit any deliberate hostile actions against the same group more than once every 30 minutes. 2.32 - There should be a roleplay reason behind any hostile roleplay. More constant hostile roleplay will require stronger reasons (You cannot constantly commit hostile roleplay in the same location or against the same people without a good reason). 2.33 - After a robbery/crime is complete, you MUST attempt to evade. If there is no possible way to evade (i.e. police blocking all entrances) then you can either attempt to negotiate your way out OR engage on officers creating yourself a path to evade. When committing crime, your main goal is to evade the police and only kill if necessary. You may not sit around the robbery and wait for police to shoot them. 2.33 - Spamming the elevator doors at Fort Knox is classed as Fail RP, once the door closes you must wait at least 10 seconds before calling it again. 2.34 - You may not rob/harm or prevent medics from doing their job. If a medic is combat reviving and they have been given a warning about it and continue to combat revive them may be given warning shots then shot if they continue to combat revive. 2.35 - DOJ is to be considered "Strict RP" while court is in session, soon to start, or just finished. This means that you must have a GREAT RP reason to initiate or interfere with it. 2.36 - You cannot attempt to S1 a vehicle significantly larger than your own vehicle, it is Fail RP (ex. S1ing a large truck with a standard police vehicle). Transport truck is an exception to this and may be S1ed by any vehicle regardless of size. 2.37 - You may not shoot through windows, walls, or doors at major crime locations however all others that are not bulletproof you may shoot through. (Tech lab is the exception to this and the windows may be shot through) 2.38 - You may not change your clothing while in initiation, during an active situation, or in order to avoid or escape RP. You may not change into gang/group clothing if the gang is in initiation or going to enter combat/initiate in the nearby area, in order to join them. 2.39 - Placeable barriers must not block entrance ways or be used in any other way to obtain an unfair advantage. 2.40 - You may not impound vehicles during active situations unless the vehicle is blocking an entry point. 2.41 - If negotiations take place and are called off, initiation is required. All parties must wait 10 seconds before shooting unless specified otherwise in the server rules. 2.42 - Intentionally Ramming/Desync ramming the Train is an instant permeant ban. 2.43 - Driving your vehicles in an unrealistic manner (e.g. Driving a truck off-road through the forest or Driving crazy speeds abusing the fact you don't die when you crash) is fail roleplay. 2.44 - Any video that is within view of the cameras located at DOC, or within the DOC Processing/Internal building, can be used within Roleplay and doesn't require a Go-Pro or Wire. If the situation occurs within 20 metres from a camera (camera still must be able to see the situation), then audio and video can be used. However if not within 20 metres but still within view, then the audio cannot be used. (You must be able to point out a camera in the video/prove that the camera can see the situation if requested). 2.45 - Aurora Laboratory is not considered a major crime, and anyone internal of the Laboratory is considered KOS. Third party is permitted at the Aurora Lab. 2.46 - Attempting to communicate to a downed player with any form of toxicity is not permitted. (This includes saying EZ FRAGS after getting kills. Any form of bragging after winning a situation is included in this rule.) Section 3 - Initiation Rules 3.0 - You must not initiate on someone without a valid roleplay reason, unless you are in the north part of the map and the person you are initiated on has rebel clothing on (must be wearing a vest or more). North is clearly defined by anything North of the the small canal coastguard base is in. 3.1 - When initiating on someone you must verbally initiate, provide a demand and a consequence - the consequence must result in death or injury. The person initiating must have a visible weapon to initiate. The terminology "hands up or die" is not valid. 3.2 - You may only kill someone without prior verbal initiation if one of the following is true You or someone in your group with the same uniform and vest (meaning prisoner uniforms do not count) have been initiated on and you were within 1000m during the initiation. You're within 1000m of one of your gang/faction members initiation. Someone else in your group with the same uniform as you has already initiated. The person has knocked out yourself or a group member maliciously. The person initiated on is in your faction and they have definitive indicators that they're in your faction (e.g. Police/USCG writing on their clothing) They have stolen your vehicle and you were 5 meters from the vehicle. You have attempted to call them on air frequency (60.3) at least 3 times and told them they will be shot down (LDSO/USCG only) (Major cities, Prison and Airports only) You have attempted to call them on maritime frequency (60.2) at least 3 times and told them a consequence (LDSO/USCG only) (Applies to crew of vessel only) It is martial law and a civilian/rebel has an unholstered class 3 within city limits. (Law Enforcement Only) The civilian/rebel has a class 3 unholstered within 100 meters of DOC walls The civilian/rebel has a class 3 unholstered within 25 meters of USCG Base. You are USCG/Sheriff's Office and a USCG/Sheriff's Office member is initiated with someone and their life is at risk. Wearing sort of terroristic clothing or equipment (KOS by Law Enforcement only) You are a whitelisted civilian and other civilians are involved in the roleplay with the other whitelisted faction (e.g. if the Reaper gang are laundering their money at the nightclub and the gangsters shoot it up, the gangsters can shoot anyone who is outside the club if the roleplay validates it) Its Law Enforcement and they're on your property raiding your house. 3.3 - It is the initiators responsibility that their initiation is audible. (Recommended to not initiate on someone going over 80km/h) 3.4 - You must be initiated or being initiated on to be allowed to knock out, zip-tie or handcuff someone. You may only do this without prior initiation if one of the following are true. It is after a situation and police are arresting suspects that they or a medic revived. Consent is given (Ex. Law Enforcement has asked someone to place their hands behind on their head during a traffic stop and they comply). 3.5 - If police attempt to S1 your vehicle during a pursuit this is initiation for both parties as long as they're in a police vehicle with lights and sirens. 3.6 - If you call out that you're initiated to your gang/faction members and the initiation is not valid you are responsible. 3.7 - You must be in an active pursuit of a vehicle to spike it. (Active pursuit is defined as chasing at an audible distance with lights and sirens for 15 seconds or more.) (Transport truck does not count and can be spiked at anytime by anyone) 3.8 - Initiations that are confusing (Such as say A B C backwards, speak or die, don't look etc.) are not permitted and will be classed as fail initiation and is not allowed. 3.9 - You must give the victim 8 seconds to comply with your demands, unless they have a clear change in behaviour such as start running away or reach for their firearm. 3.10 - After 10 minutes of the final shot being fired the initiation is no longer valid and all parties must re-initiate to re-engage in combat. 3.11 - Smashing go-pros is the action of removing video evidence from being admissible in court/ACU or in character. To smash a go-pro, the individual has to be restrained/tied up. (Note you do not have to stop recording but the footage is void. This does not apply to rulebreaks) 3.12 - Civilians may only deliberately ram other vehicles while in initiation. If rammed on (Or ran over) purpose outside initiation you may retaliate, creating an initiation. You must be able to prove its on purpose otherwise it's classed as RDM. 3.13 – You may not initiate, rob, harm, detain or other use forms of violence against someone you have ran over outside of initiation you must leave the area and continue as normal. If someone is run over by you or a non-involved party during an initiation, you may not harm them until they are up on their feet or 10 seconds has passed. 3.14 - Initiation must be made in person NOT over the phone or via text. (Maritime Freq/Air Freq AST/USCG initiation is the exception to this rule.) 3.15 - If no consequence is given during an initiation and the party that was initiated on shoots the party initiating it is not classed as RDM as long as the initiating party had a visible weapon and intended to do harm with it. 3.16 - Spike stripping a vehicle creates one way initiation (Vehicle is initiated on the person that spiked them only). 3.17 - You do not need the same clothing at minor/major crimes if everyone is internal. If you have any externals all parties must be in the same uniform. (This does not include using police clothing) 3.18 - No more than 8 civilians can be included in initiation and a maximum of 16 LEO. Section 4 - Value of life Rules 4.0 - You must always value your life as though it was real life, you must actively attempt to avoid death by either complying or avoiding situations. You will be considered in breach of VLR if you take actions which have no reasonable chances of survival (unless your actions are your only chance for survival). 4.1 - As a Law Enforcement Officer you must value the lives of all innocent civilians, if your actions will result in a civilian death you should take steps to avoid this. If Police need to use lethal force to protect a civilian it will not be classed as RDM. This rule mainly focuses on protecting unarmed civilians or civilians with class 1's being attacked by groups of class 3's if there is a gang fight cops need to initiate to get involved. 4.2 - You can not ride on a moving car and shoot, you must attempt to jump off if safe or if not safe roleplay like you would be on a car in real life (Screaming hysterically) 4.3 - If there is a weapon pointed directly at you by someone and you do not have a weapon in your hand you must comply and you may not pull a firearm. (This applies to civilians and police. SOPs that state police may not shoot do not void this rule) (This only applies at a reasonable distance based on the weapon being used. Walls, vehicles, other cover and pointing a weapon away all mean this rule does not apply however 4.0 still applies) 4.4 - It is Fail RP to commence hostile roleplay where you have low prospects of survival, unless it is your only way out of a bad situation. (Such as robbing multiple fully geared people with no gear) 4.5 - You may only kill someone complying with your demands if the roleplay story brings it there. (Note: you must have a substantial reason to do so.) Section 5 - Law Enforcement Officer Rules (USCG equivalent included) 5.1 - Police Sergeants+ and Special Operations can not hold a rank within a faction on other communities. 5.2 - Selling police equipment or weapons is not allowed at all, all current spec-ops members and major+ can not execute people (this includes Spec Ops/Major being involved in executions). (the only exception is if the CID (not including ACU) roleplay fits.) (Breaking this is a 1 month ban + blacklist from cop minimum) - Receiving guns/equipment through corruption is the same punishment. 5.3 - Police must call the fire rescue to revive anyone they've shot and incapacitated, police must use stabilizers to keep them alive. If there is no response from the Fire Department on frequency or the Fire Rescue say they can not come on duty. Police may take two attempts to revive the suspect if they fail they must leave the scene as if the person was dead and no longer there. 5.4 - Police may not disconnect after a major crime is started until 5 minutes after the major crime is over. 5.5 - Department of Corrections property is defined as 100 meters from the external walls. 5.6 - Police must respond to situations with fair/proportionate numbers. If police arrive on scene and there is one person or a small group doing it they should tell other units to not respond. 5.7 - Anyone surpassing the rank of Sergeant is required to be over the age of 16. Exceptions CANNOT be made to this rule. 5.8 - Faction and civ names must be unique from each other with more than only a few letters difference. (Eg. Steve Snow & Steven Snow is not acceptable). 5.9 - Police may take the shot on civilians who have a hostage at a major crime, however this is restricted to internal police procedures. 5.10 - All hostages are to be treated as real, if its an obvious fake hostage the negotiator is required to report it. Using a fake hostage is a serious rule break and will most likely result in a de-whitelist from the server. 5.11 - You cannot send video of police misconduct/SOP breaks without a gopro or wire to CGIS/ACU/Command. You can make a report however you cannot provide any evidence within the report, this is classed as Fail RP. Section 6 - Vehicle Deathmatch 6.1 - You may not use your vehicle as a weapon (against people or vehicles) unless the person you are using it against is threatening your life (e.g. initiating on you/shooting at you.) 6.2 - If you accidentally have a vehicle collision with another vehicle you can not initiate on them, you must roleplay out a vehicle collision and exchange insurance information. If you were previously initiated you may shoot. 6.3 - Transport Truck can be rammed at all times by civilians, cops must wait 2 minutes to ram the vehicle and should try to spike it first. (Medic transport and Boat transport can NOT be rammed.) Section 7 - Major Crime 7.1 - When civilians hit off major crimes, they must text police with what they're wearing/what gang they're in, how many people they have, the class of weapons and if they intend to negotiate (They have 30 seconds to do this or the cops can respond with full numbers. You cannot lie in the text message about numbers/externals etc) 7.1.1 - If intent to negotiate is not declared/people robbing the major crime declare they don't want to negotiate, then it's 500m KOS from the map marker of the major crime. Any externals must be wearing the same clothing as the people internal otherwise anyone involved in the major crime must be internal. If negotiations are declared then Law Enforcement must negotiate, in which calling off negotiations creates standard initiation. After the first shots have been fired normal initiation of 1000m will be in place. 7.1.2 - Externals must be within 750 metres of the major crime, if a civilian is not 750 metres from the major crime when the major starts they can not join in. 7.2 - If you have a hostage at the major crime cops must respond as normal and negotiate with the hostage takers. If you have a hostage at a major crime and the hostage is shot, cops can open fire instantaneously, voiding rule 2.41 Civilians must wait 5 seconds after killing a hostage to shoot. 7.3 - Cops must respond with X amount of police compared to rebels (X is defined by response numbers below). Spec-ops take priority to match the civilian numbers then its the closest LEO to the situation. 7.4 - You can not interfere with a major crime if you are not involved. 7.5 - Civilians cannot have more than 8 people robbing a major crime at a time. A maximum of 2 barriers can be used. Civilian/Rebels cannot out number cops/USCG, it must be a minimum of 1:1. 7.6 - Once shots are fired at the major crime you may not attend if you are not on the server/if you disconnect. 7.7 - USCG can be called to majors but SGT+ ONLY if the gang is breaking the outnumber cops rule. 7.8 - Major Crimes can only be started 30 minutes after the last major crime has concluded. Major Crimes cannot be started 30 minutes after restart and 30 minutes before restart. (An exception to this is when coastguard only majors go off and police are already at a major or vice versa) 7.12 - Police may not breach a major or land/drop people off on the roof of a major during negotiations and must wait 10 seconds after negotiations are called off to breach/land (Does not apply to Mil Ship/Cargo Ship as they must land in order to negotiate). This may be voided if the hostage is killed by the hostage takers. 7.14 - If you do a DOC major just before restart civilians must push out when the 10 minute warning till restart announcement appears. 7.15 - If Law Enforcement take the shot on a suspect with a hostage, then civilians involved in the situation may fire upon police as soon as the shot has been fired. 7.17 - If a major is active and another major goes off, that major can only be called off if less than 1:1.5 can respond initially. This is deemed by the highest ranking cop online. 7.19 - The following crimes are considered major crimes, response numbers given for selected majors: Fort Knox +15 National Bank +5 Commonwealth Bank Robbery +4 Seized Weapons Robbery/Prison Break/Prison Attack (classed as same thing): USCG can only if AST are outnumbered. Exceptions to this rule cannot be made. 8.2 - Telling people about the whitelisted civilians (mafia/gangsters) when you don't know it yourself in roleplay is now classed as major fail roleplay especially when people are snitching to cops with no knowledge of it in roleplay. 8.3 - Going up to whitelisted civilians (mafia gangsters) and knowing that they are that faction without the roleplay to back it up is also fail RP. 8.4 - Any duping/bug abuse or major exploiting done by a whitelisted member is an instant permeant ban. 8.5 - Whitelisted civilians do not need to initiate on each other but they should only engage in combat when the roleplay story brings it there. Section 9 - Medical/Life Rules 9.1 - When you are revived you are in medical custody, you must comply with the fire rescue/medic and pretend to be hurt., you must act as such and not run away. This includes not talking/arguing with the cop/person(s) who killed you. 9.1.1 – If you are incapacitated you don't remember key details about anyone that was involved in your incapacitation in the situations directly prior. There is no time requirement, including up to the point you were lured, captured or brought to the point of your incapacitation. You may remember small details – make/model/color of the vehicle that drove you, and what someone was wearing, their build and gender, if applicable, and the why and how – what the reason was and where it was done, but not who did it. IE. Harvey Armstrong takes you to the SP cave and kills you for snitching on him for stealing Steve Snows snags. You remember someone threw you off the dam for snitching. 9.1.2 – You may not return to collect your items/vehicle if you were downed and bled out, you may return if you died due to natural causes. 9.1.3 - If you are revived you may not return to/become involved in the same combat situation you were involved in. (you may return to the RP situation once combat is over) unless police arrest you or attempt to arrest you, or somebody tried to rob you after reviving you. Being shot at because you have returned to the area does not allow you to become involved again. 9.2 - Fire rescue/medics must be neutral at all times, they can not favor any side in situations. (In court cases this is void but medics are required to tell the truth) 9.3 - Volunteer EMS/FD from the State Troopers/Coast Guard are the same character as their Police Character and therefore can be accountable for their actions on their EMS/FD character. 9.4 - You CANNOT CPR someone just to rob them. 9.5 - You may not revive people during a combat situation, you must wait at least 3 minutes after the last shot, or must wait for the winning party to declare Code 4. If it is a major crime you can not revive until you're 100% sure no more cops will respond or all civilians are dead.

    Hello everyone, I hope the start of your summer is going well and I look forward to start showing everyone the 4.5 update within the next few weeks. We're wanting to release the 4.5 update around the start of July. One big thing we do before massive updates is do a purge, if you haven't been to a purge before we pretty much give everyone unlimited money, make the top island a redzone, add rpgs, bombs etc to the airdrops. We do this to let everyone let loose and just scrap for a bit. In my experience having the purge go for too long is damaging to the server. After much thought I believe I have come up with the solution and that is a pop-up Takistan server, this means that we will do 1-2 days of Purge on Kings Peaks and do events/roleplay that will point towards evacuating to Takistan. Takistan servers have been very popular in the past, if you aren't aware what a Takistan server is like I suggest looking it up on youtube, its pretty hectic but its a different environment. The idea would be to have the Takistan server up for a week or two depending on what the community want and this is how it would be SERT/MSRT would be NATO AST/CG would be TMP Medics would be UN Mafia/Gangsters would be whitelisted terrorists It would be very combat heavy with RPGS, Pawnees, LMGS and more. The goal in the Takistan server would be to create a similar environment as purge to let loose a bit but also try something new as I know a lot of people have wanted to play several Takistan servers that have come up over the past years but the owners have been ddosers/doxxers/hackers so they avoid it. If you're a roleplayer Takistan isn't probably for you but its nearly a completely different game mode and might be fun to try out even if its just for a day or two. By doing Takistan it would allow the developers to focus full force on 4.5 (which we pretty much are which is why there haven't been any updates) If you're not keen on Takistan please voice your opinion in the comments and people please do not hound people if they don't agree with your opinion.     Hello everyone, its been 5 months since the release of 4.0 and its been a bit up and down a long the way but I think its getting to a good point and middle ground for all players to enjoy. In saying that, we're nearly at the June mark and that means summer which means the big summer update is incoming. I can assure you we have some crazy ideas in the works for the server that will change it a lot. That being said, it is going to cost a bit of money. There is no requirement to contribute but it is highly appreciated if you do. The total cost estimated for the 4.5 update is around $2500 USD which covers paying multiple developers, paying free lance developers and more.     Hello everyone, we've been working super hard on 4.5 and on top of that we have been working on Takistan. We've done a lot of testing so we hope it all goes smoothly. Here is some information if you're not already aware of it. What mods do I need? You need an the most recent Kings Peaks mods and the following link https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=2532046355 Do not load any other mod listed here even if it says its a dependency. What you need to know.. AST/CG/DOC are going to be TSF SERT/MSRT/CRT/FBI are going to be NATO EMS is Red Cross You will start with $500,000 Lowest major payout is $7,500,000 Highest major payout is $25,000,000 Average run is 500k-3mill per hour You get 8 perk points per level and 30 perk points Civilians will spawn South of the border with no passport, you must go to a TSF/NATO member to get a passport. If you are found north of the border with no passport you get the firing squad and demeloned. Takistan will go for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 4 weeks. (The longer it lasts the better 4.5 will be) We will be adapting Takistan nearly everyday adding new areas/vehicles/majors etc Jets will be eventually available but if jets are seen in the sky, NATO can bring out two wipeouts to take it out. If you successfully destroy a NATO wipeout midair you get a 10 mill bonus from SMT. There should still be roleplay, yes its Takistan and yes you should expect to be shot at most times but there should still be a decent amount of roleplay especially early on, if we want Takistan to last we can't just have a purge but on Takistan. You do not need a roleplay reason to initiate, there is no 3rd party rule TSF will be required to man the border We do not want a single salt report, people should pretty much expect to die about 1000 times in the next few weeks if you can't handle it then do not play. BUT this doesn't give people an excuse to RDM, Fail RP, Exploit etc. Be fair, be kind, make it fun for everyone not just yourself. A good rule of thumb is if you kill a group once leave them alone so they can recoup a bit. If you want to submit a new major/new capture point ANYWHERE on the map to keep it fresh , to do this load the Takistan mods without the ANZUS mods, go into editor and send me the mission.sqm directly with some photos and if its good I'll put it in (no guarantees it will go in so please don't get upset if it doesnt) Gang wars will take place on Takistan this week and next week we will try a different cup map. Whats the crack with 4.5? Majority of 4.5 is done but there are a few things taking longer then expected, if we have to take a week longer then expected we will be. If the server dies off for 1 week pre 4.5 we're willing to accept that over having a buggy update. The trailer will be shown at the end of Takistan Gang wars this SUNDAY! WE HAVE THE NEW BOX! It was delivered today 3 hours before Takistan start but we will be running Takistan on the old box and using the new box for 4.5 preparation testing.     Starting: 6PM GMT restart today. A civil war has broken out, the source being central King's County regions, armed militias and criminal factions have taken the law into their own hands and a full kill on sight zone has been instated into the central King's County region. The US Army has been deployed alongside law enforcement partners to tackle the uprising however initial efforts have failed, leaving military equipment and materiel scattered around the region, making the job only harder for the soldiers. Imports of rebel supplies such as RPG's and rifles have drastically increased as foreign powers try to stoke the flames of warfare. Armoured MRAP's are seen on patrol and rebel vehicles such as armed technicals have been sighted, armed military aircraft have been stolen from the corrections island after a failed attempt at establishing a forward operating base. The fate of the Island is now in the hands of the soldiers and the citizens. Information: Police Operating Procedures are null, the only police rules that apply are no blue on blue and no giving out gear. the US Army and the KCSO should be the good guys in this situation, however when it comes to rebels, show no mercy, purge them from our lands. Major Crime rules do not apply to Major Crimes in the KOS region, any civilian and BLUFOR may respond with full force and KOS applies. The payouts of all crimes has drastically increased. An armed dauphin will spawn every few hours at DOC so long as the helipads are not bocked, both BLUFOR and civs alike can try and steal this but it is not announced when it is spawned, so holding DOC could be an approach for BLUFOR or for Civs, DOC will not be manned as usual. There are military compounds, abandoned, throughout the KOS regions, these compounds contain equipment that civilians and BLUFOR alike can steal. This equipment is unique to these locations and only has a 50 percent chance of appearing each restart. It will be easy to learn what spawns where. USCG(US Army)/KCSO will be mainly using MRAP's whereas civilians will be sticking to usual cars unless they get their hands on an MRAP or decide to splash the cash and buy one. Money is not immediatly spawned in for all parties, to get money, civilians can utilize the unstable environment to steal stuff from stores (which have drastically increased payouts) or do other crime, all of which have a drastically increased payout, to fund their uprising. They can also steal weapons if they'd rather take that approach. There is much more changed so have a browse things which stand out to you and take a look at our planned events below: Planned Events: SMT/DEV vs EVERYONE (Terrorist event) Full server major crimes Gang wars with Tanks, RPGS, Suicide Vests and Grenades Pawnee Wars Tank Wars and more!     Hello people of ANZUS! I hope you enjoyed the 12 days of Christmas sneakpeeks in the discord. We shown maybe 50% of new stuff coming in 4.0 so there is A LOT more to enjoy when it is released. We don't currently have a set date and I will not set the date until we are 100%. releasing on that day. A small group of us are testing every single thing on the server and will do so multiple times to hopefully have very little bugs on release. The release date maybe announced 3 days before it happens so just be ready. Purge Purge will be starting around 17-18th of December, the purge will last until 4.0 release. During the Purge we will doing multiple different events like last year such as SMT/Devs defending a whole city and everyone else attacking it. We will do stuff involving the governor. There will be no SOPs and stages of full KOS will be announced but it will not be full KOS the whole time. Events Every single day we will be aim to host 3 events between now and release of 4.0, one event at AU times, one at NA times and one at EU times. At every restart a senior moderator+ will post an announcement in the #events channel in discord when they plan to start an event and what event they're doing. I know during EU times Trevis and Jack have already started doing these events. Wars events will still happen on Saturday hosted by myself or another member of SMT. Wipe The wipe vote will be going up the day we start Purge, we will save the database. If we do wipe there will be a 3.0 leaderboard saved of the day Purge starts and that 3.0 leaderboard will remain on the stats page forever and people will be able to look back and see who the top people during 3.0 was. This leaderboard will only show the top 10 so if you're close to it and want to hold a permeant leaderboard rank now is your time to grind to get there. Donations As you can see by the sneakpeaks A LOT of time has been put into 4.0 and with time it usually means a lot money. A lot of money has been spent paying developers to make this update as great is it can so we appreciate any support we can get. There are still a few art gallery paintings available for 4.0 supporters. More information here If you want your gang uniform/gun skin on release you must pre-order it or for the free official gang uniforms they must be sent to Oliver by Wednesday of this week if you want them in. As many of you are aware, we are introducing whitelisted civilians to the server to hopefully increase the roleplay a bit. Don't worry there will still be class 3's, capture points and majors but we're trying to find a line between combat and roleplay everyone enjoys. With new factions we need some new leaders, but we need the right leaders. Someone who will direct the faction towards the best roleplay they can. If you're interested in applying please follow the directions of this form: https://forms.gle/WUswvu5kDPEQ4zmH9 Requirements to apply: If applying for the faction lead (sheriff equivalent) then you must be 18+ If applying for anything under lead then you must be 16+ Do not apply if you are under 16 You must not have an LEO character on 4.0 release (You can still have a medic and a civilian character) You must not have anything coming up in the next 6 months that may effect the running of the faction. (We're looking for a long term leader) You must be willing to roleplay in an accent. (e.g. Italian Mafia accent or a GTA V gangster accent) Some more information about 4.0 whitelisted civilian factions: What will they do? Many different things that we do not want to leak yet, but it will involve different ways of doing runs and making money. Business ownership will be a big part of whitelisted factions throughout 4.0 as well. How will you decide who runs it? SMT will vote on each LOI submitted, if you get majority YES votes you will get an interview and the same thing will take place after the interview. When will you decide? These things take time but it will be ASAP so we can get the ball rolling.

    Okay so my stance on the wipe vote is tbh I really don't think one is needed, if u look at the top 1% of players (only players on the stats page) the lowest person on there has a net worth of $23m and honestly thats not that much that's a nice house the best truck and then a few nice cars. But I would say 99% of the other players that aren't on the stats page don't have that much money, it takes a long time to get the money that we've earned and yes the new content may be better with a wipe but I really only see that idea effecting the very rich people, most people on the server aren't that rich and will most likely still do all the new features, new players will always be coming too and I think they will all most defenetly be using the new features, heck I'm woorth over $100m easy and I'll be doing it too just to have fun. But I don't think I should be punished 6 months into 4.0 just to be wiped again in another 6 months, I worked really hard to set myself up so I don't have to grind anymore and just have a good time I've put in hundreds of hours and I just really don't want to see that go to waste. That's my say on it anyway "People shouldn't be doing things just to make money, if the task is fun then they will do it regaurdless " - Jonny Five 2021 Most of the people on average can't even afford a good truck, I'd say the eco is fine like the top 25 richest have 20% of the eco, and that's only 25 players.     Hello everyone! I hope you all enjoyed the 4.5 trailer, its only 2/3 of the total update so there is still a lot of cool stuff you guys didn't see there. A few positive things, we got the new box finally sorted and 4.5 testing will commence there this weekend. This will include testing runs, testing new features and more. Before every big update we like to do a community vote on several large changes that may effect the community and give people time to voice their words. I highly suggest people read the post and the replies before voting. Question 1: Do we want to completely wipe the economy? (this includes literally everything including skills) DO NOT VOTE BEFORE READING THE THREAD AND REPLIES My opinion: I believe a wipe is the right thing to do and this is why. We have a lot of EPIC new systems for 4.5 such as the racing system, burglary system and more. If you are doing a new burglary and you already have 50mill in your account then it would not be as cool of an experience and it wouldn't be as intense. The current economy is over 4 billion dollars and majority of active players are sorted. Do we need a wipe to survive till 5.0? No I don't think so but I think people will enjoy the update more in the long run if we do wipe. Please give your opinion in the comments and vote. Question 2: Do we want to add back low tier class 3s in rebel and overhaul crafting? DO NOT VOTE BEFORE READING THE THREAD AND REPLIES My opinion: I believe that my decision to remove class 3s from Rebel was a mistake. I took a risk and tried to go more roleplay, it worked to begin with and was great for a long period of time. But to help ANZUS retain a higher player-base I believe adding back class 3's to rebel is the answer. In my opinion $65,000 for a Commando is about right for our current economy. Obviously people have put A LOT of time into crafting so if we were to add low tier class 3s back to rebel we would strict low tier class 3s from being able to hold SOST and make it so mid-high tier firearms are what people start to craft/sell a long side SOST/.300 mags. I would also add several vehicles to crafting such as Hummingbirds, Slightly armored/bulletproof cars(not military vehicles, something like a range rover with bullet proof windows that is illegal). Tier 4 car engines is also an idea, like in real life how certain car build are illegal we could make an illegal version of certain car engines which is required to upgrade your car to Tier 4 which if found by Police can get your car seized or something. Please give your opinion in the comments and vote. Question 3: Do we want to revert the major crime rules back to like it was on Kamdan? DO NOT VOTE BEFORE READING THE THREAD AND REPLIES My opinion: Right now major crimes are pretty stale, you start the major... cops come to the front and ask if you have no hostages... if its no its negotiations off and fight. On old Kamdan and early Kings County it use to be 500M KOS from every major unless you had a hostage. Please give your opinion in the comments and vote. Question 4: Do we want to change the current gang meta and allow for more turf wars? DO NOT VOTE BEFORE READING THE THREAD AND REPLIES My opinion: I feel like the current rule set and mindset is restricting us from some good gang on gang RP and that includes combat. My suggestion is to make it so if you are wearing Rebel/Gang attire in the north part of Kings Peaks that any gang member with rebel/gang attire can initiate on you with "No roleplay reason" but if you're a civilian they need a good roleplay reason (such as you didn't pay fees or you robbed their friend). This will allow the people who enjoyed the 3.0 type of gameplay to have that sort of gameplay in 4.5 and it also still protects the people of ANZUS who aren't really into the combat and prefer to stick to the roleplay/runs. We will most likely do a second thread of this after the discussions flow in this thread. Any sort of toxicity towards other members of the community for their opinion will result an instant permeant ban from ANZUSGaming this includes witch hunting people or shit talking people in private just because of their opinion. No opinion is wrong, no opinion is right its just an opinion.

    Purge for a week, however maybe when it's 3 days left you do full KOS instead of initiation of some sort. if you do full KOS too early on I know people like myself will easily get bored of it. Also maybe do events such as cops+cg holding fort knox events etc. However the purge sounds good!

We're not giving many hints to crack the clue but will give hints overtime. The reward for completely crack the clue is $25,000,000 The only hints you will receive to begin with is the hints are in the 4.6 trailer Crack the clue is meant to be EXTREMELY hard and will take the big brains of ANZUS to complete There will be a crack the clue channel which you will be allowed to share any information to people you want but ONLY the person who completes it gets the reward Any sort of stream sniping during this event is strictly prohibited. Collectable cards 20+ collectable cards have been added to the server. The people on the cards are different personalities, developers and staff members. We will add more cards over time but we will only release a certain amount of booster packs which contain the cards. 100 packs will be given to Mafia, Gangsters and Bikers for $20,000 each so $2,000,000 for all packs 25 packs will be given to McFishers, Tacohell, Soubway and Korella for $20,000 each so $500,000 for all packs The groups are only allowed to sell one per person but they're allowed to give 1 pack to each member of their group for free. Packs have been given to Pug Winter, Tony Klinten, Jonny Five, Alex Hinkley, William Bridges, Jack Chapman and Marcavius Fox. After this you will only be able to receive booster packs from drops which will have the rarity of between $100,000 and $300,000 so not too uncommon. Boat shop major Rob any boat store and sell it at the cartel drop off One submarine is $1,200,000 and the other is $1,000,000 Coastguard also get both submarines in their shops (skins will be added later we tried but the model was a bit crazy) Gangster Vehicle Crafting 4 new race vehicles have been added to vehicle crafting You will be able to purchase these from gangsters for a set price Crafting these takes A LOT of grinding and they go very fast The 4 new racing vehicles all have customizable options in the modshop. New Police Interceptors We will be holding monthly time trials of the interceptors, starting this Saturday after gang wars during SWAT tryouts There are set races that are currently in the race app for Police The three vehicles are Corvette ZR1, Dodge Challenger and Mustang Boss 13 These three vehicles compete with Highway Patrols fastest vehicle which is the dominator which is deigned to keep up with super cars. There will be a maximum of 3 vehicles handed out at one time and we will re-trial it if someone leaves/gets removed/abuses it. New Helicopter Sparrow 2 seater (no floats) will be $800,000 in the shop Sparrow 2 seater (with floats, works on water) will be $1,000,000 in the shop MSRT will receive an exclusive MSRT sparrow Ability to buy/sell cars between civilians You can now buy/sell cars between player to player We encourage people to sell their old trucks at a cheaper price to new civilians If any group wants to run a car shop please let me know, must be known for good roleplay.     Hi everyone, as you all know 4.0 is really close so the normal server is dropping off a bit while people take a break before the big update. In the mean time we want to do some fun events on the server that will keep people interested while the developers are hard at work. The Purge - At this stage we are doing a purge with no SOP for LEO factions. How long we do this is the question, how long do you guys think? 3 days... a week? What other events do you guys want? Write a detailed suggestion reply on this thread so we can write up a calendar on what we're going to do and at what time.
