I think the time between majors is fine its just that no one does other majors like mil ship, casino or techlab

Dont need to call externals? What is the point in having a hostage then because you can just sit up on a roof next to a major and spray every cop ever. They really need to enforce roleplay in these majors as it makes being CID and SWAT interesting.
