We could have illegal company (at rebel base/one of other safe-zones) place for hire-guns for attack - or defense - you're able to pay sum to make someone a target - which would then give a contract to capture/kill the target. And for that target to escape he needs to reach a checkpoint on the map or live long enough. (can make multiple, don't know how difficult it is) Could also make certain gang person or a gang target (gang more expensive) - like the ones that bully newbies - so they can come either pay together into pot - or just give them one a day free vote (only to players below lv 20 as an idea) who do you want to take revenge on. Obviously people could abuse, so need to have certain rules - like you still need to initiate and take target to the hotel to get executed - unless he is a (vigilante), make a decent price like 30k at least per person or something (it's still worth if the person has class 3, its already almost 50k and is brought alive, if he's dead maybe give a prize of 75% of the targets cost gear cost) - you cannot make people you are friends with/ in a gang with a target. You could specify his belonging needs to be handed over and if he disagrees he is announced Vigilante - hunted by all and when brought to hotel get price from him too. You could also persuade to hitman not to kill you by either paying him, or agreed on capturing someone/something and he gets the money or Blood Oath mark (means he will have to return favor and you are not allowed to decline). Oh and the Target upon escape should get a little reward (if it does escape). This could lead to a whole bigger idea of, the hunters that are more successful get more rep - but because they have more rep - they are more popular with Police and Bounty hunters, which is the "legal" side of Hotel Continental. where police could get extra units hired for major or for tracking down. Not sure if this needs to be like a Company / Org or is it better be just built in and managed by admin?
