    Transfer Request-Jayden Wolfe

In-game name: Jayden Wolfe Rank: Senior Trooper Badge Number: 213 Current Department: DOC Desired Department: Patrol Reason: I want to pursue the path with the most forward momentum and that allows me the highest amount of opportunity to get to know more of my fellow officers, interact with the citizens of Kamdan, and make the greatest difference that I can. I also want to follow the path that lets me have the highest chance of getting into specialized departments later down the line. I believe patrol carries a much higher likelihood of achieving this long term goal than staying in DOC does. I have started to show my worth in tangible ways such as high performance at multiple majors now that has been witnessed by multiple officers in other departments. I have shown an ability to stay silent and watch and learn from the more experienced officers handling the majors. However I also have shown an ability to communicate when it is necessary and helpful to do so. I have also along with this shown my ability to work cohesively with a team of officers that i’m not used to working with. I have also made a concerted effort to stay out of trouble and do everything right. I have taken the personal time out of my sometimes busy days to read through the SOP of my department to make sure I do everything right and can set a good example to cadets and Troopers who are still learning. I would love the opportunity to engage more deeply with my fellow officers and learn to work with different people with different operating styles and personalities. This can be a challenge sometimes, but succeeding in it is very rewarding. I definitely believe I have the right stuff to make a very solid patrol officer, and if that goes as well as I hope, I know I can be a very solid member of the more specialized departments if I perform well, and distinguish myself in positive ways enough to get into those departments. Whether or not this application gets accepted, I appreciate anyone who took the time to read this and who considered me seriously as a candidate. Thank You Signature: Jayden Wolfe

    Jayden Wolfe-KMD Volunteer Application

Personal Information: Name: Jayden Wolfe Age: 22 Steam 64 UID: 76561198057409697 Timezone: NA Discord ID: Jayden Wolf#3009 Kamdan State Police Rank: Senior Trooper Kamdan State Police Department: Department of Corrections Questions about yourself: How many hours a week will you be able to play a Volunteer: 8+ But that's a safe estimate, I could easily play more than that, especially if it turns out to be very enjoyable! Name one reference from a Paramedic or higher who believes you fit the role of a KMD Volunteer: Michael Frost-Met me when I was a Civ under the name of David Webb, he took me on an EMS air unit ride-along the week before Christmas I believe. What is the reason you decided to apply to become a KMD Volunteer (100 words minimum):: I wanted to join EMS because I enjoy medical stuff greatly and its just a great alternative way to interact with everyone on the server civs and cops. Make friendships, and be able to see LOTS of RP situations as a third party observer. Which I think is really cool. I also think EMS is an undeniably valuable role in a server. I know this because those times when there is no EMS on, its quite painful...There is also the fact that I have done full training as an EMT in real life and have personal interest in the medical field. Do you have any previous experience as an EMS member: Yes I do I have been an EMT on more than one (smaller) server and I also went through a full EMT training course in real life. What qualities should a good EMS member have according to you (50 words minimum):: I think a good EMS member is a medical professional in every sense of the word. They must value the life of every potential patient regardless of their station in life, or role in society such as civilian, cop, President, and even criminals and rebels. A good EMT is completely neutral and does not have bias towards the Police or Civs. I believe they must treat everyone with the same care and attention. The only reason an EMT should prioritize one person over another should be based on how critical a patient may be compared to others, and if the process of reaching a patient is either dangerous to the EMT, or will take too much time to the point of allowing other patients to die who could have been saved. Why do you think you fit the role of becoming an KMD Volunteer (50 words minimum):: I believe I fit the role of becoming a KMD Volunteer because I have a strong sense of service before self and helping the community and citizens of the Island as proven by my service in the KSP. As a Corrections officer I have treated inmates very well and always helped them with their needs. I also always did the same for visitors and people who got 'lost' on DOC Island. This proves my ability to treat civilians well and my service alongside my brothers in the KSP of course also shows my dedication to helping them as well if I can. This line of reasoning may make people think about bias but I don't see my service with the KSP that way, I see it as serving the greater good for all Kamdan Citizens whether they wear a uniform or not. Even those that have committed crimes. Do you understand your application can be denied for lack of effort (yes/no): Yes
  5. Name: Jayden Wolfe Timezone: NA Age:22 Steam 64 ID: 76561198057409697 References: N/A Why would you like to join the Kamdan State Police? (100 words minimum): I believe joining the police department would be in my opinion the best possible way to experience Anzus Gaming’s server that this application is intended for. My RL job involves handling Law Enforcement situations multiple times a week including violent and high stress situations in which arrests are made as well as force applied. I also do not want to have to grind for money to buy gear and just to play the game because I don’t have the time nor the energy for that. Also with an Island covered in sophisticated organized crime groups, and even terrorists, I think much like my contributions to my community IRL, it is a valuable role to play. Someone has to hold the line and p̶u̶t̶ ̶d̶o̶w̶n̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶d̶e̶g̶e̶n̶e̶r̶a̶t̶e̶ ̶c̶r̶i̶m̶i̶n̶a̶l̶ ̶s̶c̶u̶m̶ ̶t̶h̶a̶t̶ ̶i̶n̶f̶e̶s̶t̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶c̶a̶r̶c̶a̶s̶s̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶t̶h̶i̶s̶ ̶o̶t̶h̶e̶r̶w̶i̶s̶e̶ ̶b̶e̶a̶u̶t̶i̶f̶u̶l̶ ̶I̶s̶l̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶l̶i̶k̶e̶ ̶a̶ ̶p̶l̶a̶g̶u̶e̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶m̶a̶g̶g̶o̶t̶s̶ ̶o̶r̶ ̶r̶a̶t̶s̶ protect the innocent from the wanton aggression, horribly rude, and even...dare I say...criminal behavior of others. What are your previous experiences with being an LEO? (If any): I served as an Officer in the Empire Police Department during two separate terms of service with the first being in roughly 2016-2017 it being the first server I ever played multiplayer on in Arma at all when I only had about 200 hours of almost all SP. I ended up rising all the way up to a MAJ with nearly a year of very consistent and dedicated service and great personal growth. I even became a server admin. I took a year break but returned after that for another round on the same server which went on for several months. I started at the rank of Officer again but due to my experience and reliability I managed to rise quite high until I was made Chief this time, and had before that served a tour of duty with SERT before personal circumstances compelled me to very reluctantly part ways with the server again. What makes a good Officer in your opinion? (100 words minimum): I believe a good officer is the type of person who runs towards the gunfire when others run from it(Or cause it…). I believe a good officer watches the back of his brothers and is willing to lay his or her life down in order to preserve the life of a fellow officer. I believe a good officer is dedicated in his own continuing training. Which means always looking to learn more and develop one's skills even beyond initial training across an officer's career, and never allowing one's skills degrade overtime or allow complacency to set in. I believe a good officer believes in integrity and service before self. Anything that you would like to add?: For anyone considering this application I would implore you to give yourself the chance to talk to me, and see for yourself what kind of person I am. If you just took the time to do that, i’m sure you would see that I am an excellent candidate for a role in your department. I would like to also add that I have a solid chunk of milsim experience and training which including using advanced ballistics systems and complex medical. All training was taught or designed by former or active duty combat arms personnel and structured off of real world military doctrine. Between Milsim and Arma Life Cop experience I have about 1600 hours as of the writing of this application.
