Grounds for Appeal (Why should it be overturned): I respectfully assert that my case warrants an overturning based on the absence of evidence demonstrating any officers providing their identification or disclosing their name, rank, or badge number. This crucial information, which I consistently provide whenever requested by civilians, is necessary for establishing a link between myself and the incident in question. Additionally, I firmly believe that my case should be reviewed again by Internal Affairs due to the circumstances surrounding an encounter I had with an individual claiming to have been present at the scene. During this interaction, I was instructed to meet them at Modshop in Orlando and hand over a sum of $1,000,000, under the threat of being blacklisted from the Florida State Police. It is important to note that I was off duty at the time and received the call in an aggressive manner, raising concerns regarding the actions of the officer involved and the potential motives of the alleged criminal or civilian. Furthermore, it is pertinent to consider that I was accused of engaging in criminal activity and failing to act despite my absence from the scene. I explicitly stated during my interview with Raina Andris that I had no recollection of the events in question. Moreover, upon reviewing the crime video, it became evident that none of the three Coast Guard officers depicted bore any resemblance to my appearance. In light of these compelling factors, I strongly urge the reconsideration and reassessment of my case.
