I guess these are my 2 cents. I’m not exactly a new player but yea

i think a cool idea for the people complaining about the map is moving everything to the west side and having the whole west side a kos area with a few mines/gathering locations. More player interaction and could be more like taki life with the ‘illegal botder’ Etc

im fine with the map the way it is now but there’s a suggestion for the people who aren’t fine. 

Clothing stores need to be more full. The stores only have like 20% of the stuff in the mod pack, is there something stopping us from utilising the other parts or do you want all the fun stuff locked behind a oaywall

Commercial pilots Cannot engage in hostile roleplay whilst they are tagged up and are playing on the Commercial pilot slot. You may help out with other gangs doing hostile roleplay (such as a transport pilot) however you may not engage in that same role play

examples are

Pilot is using Ac130 to transport troops away from a bank robbery, the ac130 is shot at, the occupants of your ac130 return fire from within the plane. - Good

Transporting people TO a bank and then proceeding to be apart of the bank robbery - is not allowed

General Road laws

Content:

Speeding

The act of  exceeding the speed limit

1.1 All speeds must be adhered to 

1.1.2 Speed limits with residential area is 50Kmph

1.1.3 Speed limits within City limits is 60kmph

1.1.4 Speed limits outside of city limits is 110Kmph

1.1.5 Speed limits when going past lights and sirens is 25Kmph

1.2 Speeds must not exceed 15kmph + otherwise an infringement may occur. Speeds of up to 50kmph+ over the speed limit will incur a loss of license

Traffic lights/stop signs

2.1 ALL Red lights and stop signs must be stopped at for a period of 1 second before continuing to drive

Driving under the influence

3.1 Drivers must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol at any time

3.2 Drivers may be under the influence while driving when on morphine or medical marijuana, an ems may be called to confirm at the traffic stop

Hooning

4.1 Hooning is the act of driving recklessly

4.1.1 Drivers must stay in between white lines at all times unless performing a legal overtake

4.2 Drivers must obey speed limits and must not partake in drag racing

4.3 Drivers must not perform powerslides/drifts or other types of slides at high speed.

4.4 Drivers must not perform any acts in which may cause harm to the driver, passengers and anyone using the road.

Police related Driving laws

5.1 Police lights and sirens are considered a warning to other uses on the road, if you see them, pull to the left side of the road at all times. failure to do this may incur a fine.

5.2 If a police officer is attempting a traffic stop, pull to the left side of the road and shut down the engine.

5.3 It is illegal to run from the police, if you do not pull over within 1km it is considered an illegal offence and you may be charged with failure to stop.

Vehicle bound laws

6.1 Vehicles must not be fitted with nitrous oxide.

6.2 Vehicles upon a pullover, must be road legal and it is up to the discretion of the officer on whether to impound

6.3 Vehicles must not have illegal items on there possession at any time.

Welcome, you have been granted your wings and you are now able to fly within Australia. But first please memorize the SOP’S for commercial pilots within Australia.

General

1. All general aviation rules apply. (See Anzus rule guide)
2. You will need to have the correct in game tags while in game. For example - [Pilot] Jaay
3. Erratic flying, flying within city limits without clearance, taking off/landing without clearance are all not allowed and will be heavily moderated. 
4. Becoming a commercial pilot is a pretty serious role, If you are caught breaking aviation / general rules then you can be punished at any given time without notice.
5. Please be professional while in this role. You can have fun but make sure you still roleplay.
6. Before taking off from any runway, you must state intentions to police. (ie This is Pilot Jaay taking off from Melbourne Airport transporting goods to Darwin)
7. You do not need to state intentions to Police if you are in a helicopter, unless you're asking permission to land in city limits.

Commercial

Listed below are current rules when flying commercial.

1. Before commencing you flight, think which aircraft would be appropriate for the situation. If passengers request to land at a remote airfield, you are not to use Jet Aircraft. Only PROP propeller planes are permitted to land on remote airfields. C130s are permitted to land at these airfields.
2. Passengers must wait for a minimal of 5 minutes for you to arrive at their departing airfield. 
3. Passenger must be warned prior to departure that they fly at there own risk and no compensation for injury or death will be given in the instance of a crash.

Freight

Listed below are current rules when flying freight.

1. Before commencing you flight, think which aircraft would be appropriate for the situation. If you have to land at a remote airfield, you are not to use Jet Aircraft. Only PROP propeller planes are permitted to land on remote airfields. C130s are permitted to land at these airfields.
2.  Passengers must ensure they have a way to get rid of the freight upon landing at designated airfield in less then 15 minutes. if not complied with, a fraction of the profits must also be handed over to compensate for any delays (1.5%)

Payments

Listed below are current prices for Commercial Pilot.

• Passenger flights - $25,000 per person. (Price per passenger goes down by 5% per passenger to a total of 50%)
• Cargo flights - $20,000 for 250 cargo.
• You also receive payments from the company every time you land at your destination.

Insurance

Passengers may opt to insure there Cargo (Only cargo) for up to a maximum compensation of 750000 AUD. However this may raise the premium for cargo flights to 22500 per 250 cargo.

'StarFlight' Funds

To maintain a flourishing business, the Starflight CEO Has announced that 15% of all profits made MUST go into the 'Gang' bank. This money is there to buy new aircraft, pay out insurance and for other things. if this is not maintained, termination will result

Aircraft Knowledge and Airport Layout

Pilots Are to only land on active run ways. Pilots must always stick to the Yellow 'Taxi line' Or 'lead in line' at all times. Pilots must land centered to the runway to prevent damage or death. Pilots must ensure when moving that the 'Anti Collision beacons' have been switched on and there front facing headlights are switched on.  More to follow

Terrorism/Hijacking

In the event of a potential Hijacking or Terrorist threat, Pilots must ensure they follow these steps

1. Before the plane has been hijacked, notify Ground control or the AFP of your Grid reference
2. Comply with all instructions given to you by the hijackers
3. Negotiate with them as much as you can, offer them free rides, a safer landing area etc
4. tell them that you, the pilot, no matter what will remain in control of the aircraft at all times. and re assure them that you will take them where ever they want SAFELY and then you can go from there
5. if that fails, you are now a passenger of your own plane, use the Run-Hide-Fight mentality.

Starflight is Australia’s up and coming freight and commercial flight low cost carrier doing daily flights to all main city airports within Australia and also doing flights upon request

Starflights fleet consists on civilian 737-100 Aircraft and Civilian C130 Aircraft that are use for bulk loading of freight

BUSINESS PROPOSITION

Cant afford a helicopter? Is the 36km drive from Adelaide to Perth just to much? Do you have bulk loads of legal and illegal goods that need to be transferred interstate?

Say no more, Starflight is here. Starflight can transport up to 30 passengers or a certain amount of cargo for a low price depending on the amount of passengers and cargo

Starflights flat rates are $25000 for one passenger and every other above one passenger will decrease the price by 3% up to a max cap of 50%

Cargo flat rates are 20000 Per 250 load

How to book?

unfortunately, due to the weather of Australia, Star flight is unable to do a scheduled flight service so flights must be booked up to 5 minutes in advance of the flight. More details to come.
