@Logan Bridges After reviewing your appeal, I have decided to deny your appeal. You are responsible for everything you carry upon yourself, and if you where found breaking SOPs that's as simple as that. If there was something added to the server that is new it is YOUR responsibility to take all necessary actions to not break SOPs, however generally speaking if it is a large enough issue Command will issue an announcement. Since you don't have any evidence of the situation in question in regards to your appeal & you accept that you did something wrong the points will stick.

@Matthew Hastings After reviewing your appeal, I have decided to deny your appeal. You where identified correctly with all evidence that was provided to the people who where dealing with the situation. I'd also suggest for you to change one of your character's name from Matthew to something else, having both of them as Matthew is just a recipe for disaster waiting to happen. Consider yourself lucky you didn't get blacklisted doing that as a Command member.

@Jack Wellington After reviewing your appeal, I have decided to accept your appeal. Please keep in mind that the TxDPS High Command will be aware of your prior blacklist, and that you have been given a second + final chance. If you get re-blacklisted doing what you did last time, it will be a while before another appeal will be considered from you.

@Garrett WadeAppeal Denied. This is the second time you have been blacklisted, therefore I will be keeping the blacklist for a bit. If you decide to appeal in the future it may be re-considered, however you need time to prove to TxDPS High Command that you won't repeat any SOP breaks that you did in the past.

@Auzzie Pond Appeal Accepted. You will be given another chance, however you will not be permitted in a Command position or Academy/FTO/Admin Services position for the foreseeable future as you have proven that you cannot be trusted with permissions such as Police Database access.

@Nathan Smity As you have admitted in your appeal, you where messing around. Although the PD is not super strict in terms of this, you where reported to IA and they found that it was to be over the top. If civilians are not listening to you when you asked them to do something, it is not a time to mess around.
