@Logan Bridges After reviewing your appeal, I have decided to deny your appeal. You are responsible for everything you carry upon yourself, and if you where found breaking SOPs that's as simple as that. If there was something added to the server that is new it is YOUR responsibility to take all necessary actions to not break SOPs, however generally speaking if it is a large enough issue Command will issue an announcement. Since you don't have any evidence of the situation in question in regards to your appeal & you accept that you did something wrong the points will stick.

@Matthew Hastings After reviewing your appeal, I have decided to deny your appeal. You where identified correctly with all evidence that was provided to the people who where dealing with the situation. I'd also suggest for you to change one of your character's name from Matthew to something else, having both of them as Matthew is just a recipe for disaster waiting to happen. Consider yourself lucky you didn't get blacklisted doing that as a Command member.

Please keep in mind that the TxDPS High Command will be aware of your prior blacklist, and that you have been given a second + final chance. If you get re-blacklisted doing what you did last time, it will be a while before another appeal will be considered from you.
