I believe honesty, loyalty, and integrity are USCGs founding principles because of how important these aspects are for a team to function and succeed. A team must be honest with each other, as to not put other team members in danger or risk damaging the team community. Loyalty is important, because even disloyal crew member can compromise the entire team. Integrity is vital, becuase a guardsmen must be able to admit their mistakes and not place any other crew members at risk, even if it may mean a punishment. What do you believe makes a good Guardsman? A good Guardsmen is Intelligent, Loyal, and would do anything for the Team. A Guardsmen must be able to investigate and preform duties efficiently and without bias. A Guardsmen must be brave and stand up for other Guardsmen with respect to Integrity and Chain of Command.
