    Evidence Locker NO RESET?

    I agree that the weapons should stay in the locker upon restart. with this the police could maybe run an event every couple weeks where they take everything out of the locker and transport it to an area to have it all destroyed.

    Lets point a few things out first. Under "Rules Broken (copy paste full rule)" you state the following rules that I myself have broken: 1. "If there is a weapon pointed at you by someone and you do not have a weapon in your hand you must comply and you may not pull a firearm, if there is safe cover within a reasonable distance you may take cover instead. Staff have the final say on whether you valued your life or not." 2. "As a Law Enforcement Officer you must value the lives of all innocent civilians, if your actions will result in a civilian death you should take steps to avoid this. If Police need to use lethal force to protect a civilian it will not be classed as RDM." For rule 1, no weapon was ever pointed at me and I had a weapon in my hand. Infact my weapon was already aimed at you before you jumped out of the car. This rule doesn't apply to me nor this case. For rule 2, this can't apply as you were trying to rob an officer. Not a civilian. This rule pertains to civilians as it clearly states, not police officers. Next let's input my video: 1. At 0:46 I identify over radio the police car you are in is stolen (doesn't really matter.) 2. At 1:03 you get out of the cop car, while I have a weapon pointed at you, and attempt to tell an officer to put his hands up. (You're entire initiation is invalid anyways, there is no demand and consequence given.) - 2a. At this time, I believe you yourself are breaking the following rule. It is the first rule stated under "Value of Life:" 7.1 – You must always value your life as though it was real life, you must actively attempt to avoid being murdered by either complying or avoiding situations. | You drove a stolen police car into a prison and attempted to rob an officer while there was an M16A3 pointed at you the entire time. You did not value your own life, and you did not attempt to avoid a situation which would have resulted in your IMMEDIATE death. 3. At 1:05 while you are drawing your weapon, telling the officer to put his hands up, I begin firing on you. I do not hesitate to eliminate a threat to my fellow officer, saving his life. Why would I not kill you, saving us all from a hostage situation which could have ended up in his death and many more officer's deaths, when I could have simply killed you before the situation even started like I did. (Note value life rule still applies, if they're in a vehicle spike the car, if they're on foot with a holstered firearm try voice appeal them. You can still be punished for not valuing a civilians life if they're killed in DOC and their life was not valued) | You were in DOC grounds with a firearm, you are KOS. I have every right to kill you. If you were simply standing there with your gun on your back and I killed you like I did, that wouldn't be okay. I could've ordered you to drop your gun or put your hands up in that case, however you were posing an IMMEDIATE threat to my officer. I terminated that threat before it could get out of hand. 5. What right minded sane person would watch this whole thing go down from my position, while already aiming a gun at you, and simply let you take an officer hostage. I'm not gonna sit up in my tower and be like "oh sir please don't take that officer hostage let's negotiate." No, I'm gonna shoot the hell out of you so a hostage situation never starts. Even in your own video you are killed before your gun is fully drawn. In the top right the ammo indicators are still red when you are killed, meaning you could not have even fired your weapon. This is not a hostage situation, not in the slightest.

(for whatever reason): No. What is your motivation for applying for a support position within ANZUS? (75 words minimum): I have 2 reasons for wanting to apply for a support position here at ANZUS. First off, I wish to join the support team is because I want to focus my time out of game helping players and solving support related issues, rather than playing. As a staff member, I can focus on solving the issues out of game, while still being able to complete other tasks I need to get done such as homework, work, or be with my girlfriend. I enjoy being able to handle peoples problems. It's something I've always had a passion for and is why I am thinking of pursuing a career in therapy. The second reason I wish to apply for a support position is because I have simply gotten bored of playing Arma. I of course will still spend time in the server, however it will not be as much time as it currently is. I have over 7000 hours playing in Arma 3 Life servers, I don't want to keep adding to this like I have been since joining this community. My time could be spent elsewhere and my skills and experience could be put to task in a useful manner. What skills can you bring to the team? (50 words minimum): To keep this short I will list 2 skills I can bring to the staff team. 1 - I can maintain a calm and professional attitude even in the worst circumstances. A lot of people tend to argue and fight over simple things. They also like to become very agitated when things don't go there way. People like to be rude and disrespectful and that causes a lot of individuals to lose their own attitude and fight back with more name calling, or make abuse of their power. That is not myself. I understand how to take control of a situation and ensure that I keep my cool in those kinds of stressful situations. 2 - My attention to detail is a big skill I think I have that could be an asset to the team. In the case that I am dealing with a report a player, or compensation request, I will pay close attention to what happens and what occurs in any evidence given. This allows me to ensure that proper punishments or compensation is given. A long with that, if another support member is dealing with a case and needs a second opinion, I could come and provide very good insight on the case due to how much attention to detail I pay. Do you have any experience elsewhere in a position of power over a community?: Around 2015 when Evolution Network was a popular server, reaching I believe a total of 13,000 registered users on it's website, I had reached the rank of Senior Administrator. I can provide proof of this if needed. I have also obtained the rank of trial staff, moderator, and administrator on various other servers throughout my time playing Arma 3. Such an example would be the well known PsiSyn server, or the barely known FSG server.

(for whatever reason): No What is your motivation for applying for a support position within ANZUS?: I have 2 reasons for wanting to apply for a support position here at ANZUS. First off, I am currently sitting in the Teamspeak and I can only see a total of 4 support, or staff, members that are from "my" region or time zone. I wish to help boost that number up so players will have someone to go to during my play time and not have to wait a long time for a response. The next reason why I wish to join the support team is because I want to focus my time out of game helping players and solving support related issues, rather than playing. As a staff member, I can focus on solving the issues out of game, while still being able to complete other tasks I need to get done such as homework or studying for a test. If I were to focus my time in game I would most likely dedicate it towards the PD, and if I do that I must always be doing something. I can't multitask while playing a video game. I have spent the past 6 months on Arma Life inside the PD, and I wish to change what I do. I want to focus more on helping people and ensuring that all the rules of the community are upheld.
