If economy is being reset (I've heard people say it was and wasn't) then give whatever is deemed a fair amount of money to everyone to sustain themselves for the no SOPs and KOS purge 2ii. If economy isn't being reset maybe it would be possible to change the prices of vehicles and weapons specifically for the purge and then change them to whatever they need to be after 4.0 comes out OR give a smaller amount of money to players than you would if the economy was being reset 3. Public executions by Spec. Ops based on server rules 4. Gangs could work together on majors/shootouts if announced in side by an admin? Event Ideas: Governor Transport/Protection (Multiple VIPs), Prison Escape, Gang Tournaments, KCSO/SWAT/CID/HWP/CG Tournaments, Attack/Defend (Multiple Locations), Pistols Only, Rap Battles, Drag Racing, DOC Raid, Rebel Raid, Pirate Battles (For CG/SWAT/CID) Governor Transport: Governor is a VIP and must travel to a series of locations for meetings with High Command in all LEO Departments making High Command VIPs too. Rebels get information on the meeting location 5 minutes before the end of the "meeting" for each location. All LEO departments must provide security for the VIPs during escort and the "meeting". Escort cannot be attacked nor followed, making the only time rebels can attack is at each designated location. LEOs have 10 minute prep. time for each location; they must decide when it is safe after being attacked at a location to move the Governor/High Command to the next location or risk them being killed. High Command and Governor will be locked in a room and wait to be retrieved. If rebels reach the room, High Command must then protect the Governor. Prison Escape: Anyone participating as a prisoner will wear prison uniform and a vest. Everything occurs inside DOC so any outside influence from rebels should not be allowed. There would theoretically be a BUNCH of prisoners; they must coordinate with each other to form an escape plan (must be an actual plan); they can nominate leaders for the prisoners by deciding who has the biggest dick energy out of the group. Prisoners follow through with their plans (can include taking hostages or getting to weapons locker) with DOC as first response. All other departments can respond outside of DOC once they get word from DOC of the plan being put into action. Then turns into an attack/defend with LEOs trying to reclaim DOC. This might sound like just an ordinary prison break, and essentially it is just on a larger scale with more prisoners, actual coordination, a plan, and nominated leadership for prisoners. Gang Tournaments: 8v8 or 6v6 at different locations, spectators allowed, otherwise self-explanatory. LEO Department Tournaments: 8v8 or 6v6 between different departments at different locations, spectators allowed, otherwise self-explanatory. Attack/Defend (Multiple Locations): Self-explanatory. Pistols Only: Self-explanatory. Rap Battles: Self-explanatory. Drag Racing: Self-explanatory. DOC Raid: Opposite of prison escape; no prisoners; all rebels/gangs outside; LEOs inside; attack/defend; can turn into a counter-offensive Rebel/Cartel/Mafia Raid: LEOs raid rebel, cartel, or mafia base. Must be announced in side chat, giving rebels/gangs 10 or 15 min. prep. time. Rebel can be defended by all rebels and gangs. Cartel and mafia can only be defended by their respective holders, however they can request the assistance of 1 gang to help. Pirate Battles: Boats, boats, and more boats. Rebels and LEOs are given boats and can drive around the waters, boarding enemy boats and taking them over. Can be a FFA between everyone LEOs included OR can be a rebel vs. LEO event.
