(note, you may return to the RP situation once combat has concluded) Description of Incident: My gang was at cartel attempting to stop transport truck and one of my gang members killed Cole Snow at the beginning of the fight they were in and we drove over while they were still fighting and later on Cole got revived and started to kill us again. Have you already been to support about this incident: Yes If so what was the result of the support case: I think it was support member Gary Lumpkins that told me that only when a medic revives you that it is combat reviving, and that he was in no wrong for coming back to the fight

Yeah no that was my truck i have keys and everything and people that were with me saw me pull it out of garage, because we were doing LSD runs.

Name: Montavious Brown Points you where given: 10 What staff member gave them to you: (@ the staff member) e.g. @DrakeWax Why should your points be revoked: (50 Words Minimum): When the situation was going down I thought I was in the OK. I initiated and everything seemed fine. I didn't want to cause any problems, I'm somewhat new to the server and I don't want to get banned if I ever receive points after this. I want them gone because I don't want the pressure of having them if anything else ever's goes down and I end up getting banned. But I understand why I got them and I learned what I did wrong and hopefully get them removed. Evidence to support your appeal: In the clip when my friend runs to the door you hear me yell the initiation and we know that there is one in the cashier hallway so I thought he could hear me. So I thought the initiation was fine. Anything you would like to add: I just want the points gone, didn't mean to cause a problem. But the points being removed would help.
