(for whatever reason): Never What is your motivation for applying for a support position within ANZUS? (75 words minimum): I would like to become a support member on Anzus because I want to help the community as much as I can and help new players and everyone in the community. I like helping people out and I am pretty good at it to be honest. I work hard and put dedication into all my work and put 100% into it.I never take things for granted and work as hard as I possibly can to help people and help the community grow and become better than it already is.Another thing that has really motivated me to applying for support is how kind the support and staff on the server now they really do a great job and seeing them working so hard and putting so much effort into helping people is incredible and I would love to join in the effort and show what I am capable of doing. I understand the fact that I haven’t been on the server for a long period of time but i play every day for like 12 hours+ I’ve also been on the server longer than I’ve been in the forums. I am very experienced and knowledgable when it comes to being a staff member on basically any game. I’ve been a part of many different community’s and become staff on all of them. If you think about 3 weeks and playing 12 Hours + daily is a lot of time on the server. I have played more and more on the server since my last application on the server and made a lot of new friends and met some old ones as well. The more and more I play on the server the more I enjoy it. It just keeps on getting better and better which is another reason I’m so motivated on joining the staff team. I also understand I have some points but really i have spoken to other members of the community and the impression given off to me was that if someone steals your car in a greenzone you can shoot them. Now understanding I was wrong I apologised countless times in that support case and told the support member I really didn’t know that it was a rule break. Of course killing someone in a green zone is unacceptable and wrong but from what I’ve seen at rebel base when someone steals ones car they are shot at. Understanding my mistakes I do sincerely apologise. I hope that those points do not affect this application but I really do just want to help the community. I understand they might give off a bad impression and hopefully you do see past those and notice how much I want to help . What skills can you bring to the team? (50 words minimum): I can bring a variety of skills including hard work, Dedication and Self motivation. I put 100% into all my work and the outcome does really show. I love working in a team and coordination and cooperating with other members in trying to reach our full potential. I am great at decision making and time management. I know how to make the right decisions and how to treat everyone fairly and equally.I also have the ability to work under pressure, which I believe is a good ability to have when it comes to becoming a support member and having to help many people and try to do your job to a high standard and as quickly as possible. I also have good decision making skills. I know when to choose certain decision and when it’s best not to. I know how to keep calm at all times and how to calm people down which is a good skill to have as a support member as if you are in a support room and both parties start arguing you will need to defuse the situation and ask them to speak 1 by 1. I Do you have any experience elsewhere in a position of power over a community?: I have been Staff in many different games and servers. For instance I have owned many servers on Garry’s Mod and FiveM. I have done a lot of development work on servers as well. I have been a community Manager and Staff Manager before as well.
