  1. Personal Information Name: Habibi Shafar Mukmud Age: 18 Steam 64 UID: 76561198118865828 Timezone: AEST __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Questions about yourself: Describe yourself in 4 words that support your application? Motivated, Team-player, Honest, Meticulous. How many hours a week can you dedicate to this department? I can dedicate around 5 to 10 hours each week to this department. Why do you think you fit the role of a EMT? (150 words minimum): In the past I have worked in EMT roles across many Life Servers on ARMA 3 and I have thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. Since coming back to this server after about a year, I have noticed the level of maturity in the EMTs which I heavily believe I can add to that. Being a previous Moderator of this server, I know that I can transfer some of my skills and experiences that can correlate towards being an EMT. Hopefully being an EMT will enhance my experiences whilst playing on this server, and I can progress through the ranking system to give a heavier impact on future improvements that may come about. Myself being a motivated person will hopefully show when completing the roles of an EMT. This ranges from, having the effort and motivation to go resuscitate a casualty 10km away, giving new players help if needed, etc. I can work independently, without the help of others which I believe an EMT must have to succeed in their job. What are your previous experiences with being in a FD/EMS? (If any): - Strayagaming (2017) - ANZUSGaming (2018) What makes a good EMT in your opinion? (150 words minimum): A good EMT needs to have multiple skills that help them succeed in their journey's across Kamdan. Having great communication is one great skill that an EMT must have. Being able to talk to other services such as the police force and also having the maturity to be able talk to civilians in an appropriate way. Being meticulous can help when choosing the best situations to go to, and when to go to them. This also moves over to having time management skills which transfers over to leaving at appropriate times to successfully help civilians and other services that are in-need. Being able to work independently is a big advantage when being an EMT, being able to work by yourself without help from other parties can especially help when situations arise. Having a good attitude towards all events is extremely important, if you don't have the attitude to be an EMT, you should not be one at all. Why should you be chosen over someone else? (100 words minimum): I should be chosen over someone else because of the qualities and attributes that I have which were addressed above. I've applied to be an EMT because I want to help the community out at the smallest level. Knowing that it's stressful for people to not be revived, and hopefully being able to improve that and other things a long the way. Having these attributes should be considered above all other's applicants as they contribute the most to being a successful EMT. Being a quick-learner will put me above all others as some of the rules and regulations are quite rigorous and difficult to understand, being a quick learner will over come that. Anything that you would like to add?: Have you read the rules of this community: YES/NO Yes. Is all the information above true and honest: Yes/NO Yes. Do you understand that your can be denied or terminated from your rank due to inactivity, your previous history or due to your behaviour on and off duty under the same name: YES/NO Yes.
