Rank: Sergeant Department: DOC Badge Number (If Applicable): C-165 Punishment you were given: Written Warning Grounds for Appeal (Why should it be overturned): The grounds for appeal I was given is due to me "arresting" an individual by the name of Finn oNeil, and or extending his current sentence. Within my evidence that I will support down below, you can see within the MDT that Finn oNeil had previously been processed by another Officer whos name I do not currently have access to and or know. However, what my evidence will show is me merely extending Finn oNeil's sentence and not actually sentencing the man to jail. 0:16 Within the video, you can see MDT logs including the original arresting officer and that Finn oneil was already in custody.
