    HB.24 "Jellyfish Act"

The amendment period for HB 24 "The Jellyfish Act" has officially ended The Results for amendments 1 -3 goes as followed. HB. 24. Amendment 1: Under SEC. 1001 "(a)The legal amount of Jellyfish that a person within Kings Peaks can possess legally is 15 this means a person can not exceed 15 Jellyfish. The person may possess 15 or less Jellyfish. The Jellyfish may be contained within the cargo hold of a boat or flotation vessel." "(a)The legal amount of Jellyfish that a person within Kings Peaks can possess legally is 15 this means a person can not exceed 15 Jellyfish. The person may possess 15 or less Jellyfish. The Jellyfish may be contained within the cargo hold of a boat or flotation vessel. Trucks or any land vehicle can not exceed the storage legal limit of 15 Jellyfish. " Has Failed HB. 24. Amendment 2: Under SEC. 1001 "(c) t The United States Coast Guard may search a vessel and the passengers within the vessel if they suspect that the people aboard are in possession of more than 15 Jellyfish. Each person aboard can possess a max of 15 Jellyfish." "(c) t The United States Coast Guard may search a vessel, trucks or any land vehicle and the passengers within the vessel or land. If they suspect that the people aboard or on land are in possession of more than 15 Jellyfish. Each person aboard can possess a max of 15 Jellyfish.' Has Failed HB. 24. Amendment 3: I request all legal limit of Jellyfish to be increase from 15 to 75. Reason being 15 is too low and I suggest to boost it to 75 as it sells for $45k and I believe this is fine. Has Failed This is due to the amendment being edited in and was not voted on due to the reasoning of being overlooked. Therefore the amendment will not be counted and will not pass.

    HB.24 "Jellyfish Act"

@Mitchell Murphy If you look at the tail end it does say that Amendments are open and that they shall be voted for in this time meaning voting should have already happened within the 12 hours.

    HB.24 "Jellyfish Act"

Mr. Murphy thank you for your concerns regarding this bill. I would appreciate if you would use the proper channels in the discord when responding or attempting to start a debate rather than coming straight to the forums and try to use your words here for political gain and popularity gain. The reason why this bill was proposed is because members of the United States Coast Guard command and a member of the senate thought that the Jellyfish in our territorial waters should be regulated. This should not cripple our GDP or hurt the livelihoods of our citizens. There is a legal amount that a person can have for a reason. The number of Jellyfish a person can posses was calculated making the run for Jellyfish not useless but also not overpowered. So Mr. Murphy I ask you where are you getting your information and data?
