I definitely think there should be leniency in minor breaks considering I've both been reported for and reported people which resulted in warnings based on mistakes, maybe the rules need to be tiered with different punishments, like temporary bans of a day or a week for something minor but permanent for people directly harassing others with no remorse and such. A significant portion of people would be way too scared to play if they can lose weeks to months of progress on ANZUS because of something like a stray bullet hitting the wrong person.
