Kings County 3.2 [New Bank, Capturable oil rigs and more]

Note: we will need to do another small modpack update before release but this is the core files and Ill upload a separate zip for people who have already updated. If you have good internet you can wait for the update, if you have bad install this and when the update rolls around it will be smaller.

  • Saltwater Springs Bank
    • USB Virus on the front desk computer to open the vault.
    • Steal a large gold bar from the vault room and sell it for a reward.
  • Capturable oil rigs
    • Civilians and USCG can capture/decapture oil rigs for a reward
      • Civilians get money from owning the oil rig and people processing (similar to mafia/cartel but no capture requirement on the cartel or mafia base only the oil rig)
      • USCG get money from decapping the oil rigs and giving them back to the Kings County Oil Company
  • New gas stations
    • New model of gas station for everyone to enjoy spread across the map and replacing eco green.
  • Phone calling
    • People can now call each other if they have their phone number
    • Radio required to be in inventory to call others, you can not be on a frequency when you call
    • We plan to add 911 dispatch on 3.2.1 or a bit later
  • Department of Corrections moved
    • Now located on an island inside Lake Wumbo
    • This was a priority so it doesn't look 10/10 right now but we will improve it over the next few weeks
  • Carry weight perk
    • You can now buy a perk that allows you to have more base inventory, this is scaled and the final tier is very high.
  • Weed farming changes
    • You can now add a chemical boost to plants for them to produce higher grade weed.
    • You can sell these at a special drug dealer at the ports
    • Snippers are found at Bunnings/Hardware store
    • Chemical boosters are found at earth
  • Several optimizations to prevent shoot lag (When you shoot it sometimes lags we've removed several things to fix that)
  • Buffed Uranium
  • Buffed Iron, Silver and Earth
  • Nerfed Weed (Very slightly)
  • Lottery Fixed
  • Blood diamond and coral only requires 4 USCG
  • Official Maritime frequency is now 60.2
  • Boat spawn paradise fixed
  • Hints for capture points fixed
  • Several taxi job fixes
    • When accepting a taxi job it marks the person on the map
    • You can no longer spam taxi
  • FTO uniform added to DOC shop
  • Several flashlight/different and cool weapons attachments added across all weapon shops
  • Can no longer plant inside gas stations
  • Added code 2 and code 3 to scroll wheel on the D3S cop cars
  • New SWAT uniforms
  • New SWAT cars
  • Moved Lenoa Medic Heli spawn
  • I've personally noticed a huge FPS increase, I hope you guys do too.
  • Schneider IA vest added
  • Armour removed from all headgear
  • Shadow Division Helmet added
  • The Crew uniform added
  • Several Repear Clothing changes
  • Arctic uniform added
  • Buffed legal jobs

We have removed several mods we don't use from the modpack, If you use google drive do the following:
Option 1 (Easy): Sync with ARMA 3 sync to delete the files we've removed
Option 2: Delete the following files from your modpack file

I'm worried that these changes balances too far in the favour of the mafia against the cartel,

Nerfing weed makes LSD more profitable than it, and the uranium buff as well will heavily favour mafia. Cocaine is only done for quests and Heroin is also not viable, leaving cartel with only one major source of income

Low grade weed may be very slightly nerfed, but mid-grade weed you grow using chemical techniques is more profitable than low-grade
