Tyler Seeley

I, Jack Jefferson, am requesting a Criminal Court date in the King's County District Court for the matter of:

Jack Jefferson v. Tyler Seeley

The defense, in this case, has been criminally charged with the following:

Count 2 - [1x] [Possession of a Class 3 Firearm]
Count 3 - [1x] [Possession of Illegal Magazines]

Under the penalty of perjury, I affirm that these charges are accurate.

Preliminary Evidence:

Possession of a Class 3 Firearm: (Here)
- The SIG violates the Criminal Definition Acts definition of a legal firearm. It fires in a caliber higher than the specification to fit another other firearm classification.
Possession of Illegal Magazines (Here)
- Magazines belong to the SIG
Attempted Second Degree Murder (Here)
- The defense was also involved as a shooter in the attempted murder of CRT Officers Santana Venom & another CRT Officer.
- Witnessed by Jack Jefferson, Alexis Sanchez and Jake McFeels
